1. Relationship to Texas Relocation Experts

TRE CRM is an authenticated internal CRM and alerting portal used by Texas Relocation Experts staff and agents. Texas Relocation Experts is the business and brand responsible for this SMS program.

This SMS Privacy Notice supplements the public Texas Relocation Experts privacy policy at texasrelocationexperts.com/privacy. If there is a conflict for this staff SMS program, this SMS-specific notice controls for mobile number and SMS consent handling.

2. SMS data we collect

When an authorized TRE CRM user opts in to SMS alerts, we may collect and process:

• Mobile phone number entered by the user.
• Phone verification status and verification timestamps.
• SMS alert preferences, quiet-hours settings, and digest preferences.
• SMS opt-in, opt-out, START, STOP, and HELP activity.
• Delivery metadata from our messaging provider, including status, timestamps, and provider message IDs.
• Limited CRM alert context needed to send operational alerts, such as assigned lead activity or after-hours lead digests.

3. How SMS data is used

SMS data is used to operate the Texas Relocation Experts CRM staff-alert program, including:

• Verifying that a user controls the mobile number entered in TRE CRM.
• Sending recurring operational CRM alerts, including new assigned lead alerts, urgent lead activity, and after-hours lead digests.
• Applying quiet hours, digest rules, STOP/START opt-out state, and user notification preferences.
• Logging delivery proof, troubleshooting failed deliveries, and supporting carrier compliance.
• Maintaining security, abuse prevention, and internal audit records.

4. Mobile number non-sharing statement

We may share SMS data with service providers that help us operate the TRE CRM alert program, such as messaging, hosting, database, security, and logging providers. These providers may use the information only to provide services to Texas Relocation Experts or as required by law.

We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with legal obligations, carrier compliance requirements, security investigations, or to protect the rights, safety, and systems of Texas Relocation Experts, its users, and others.

5. Message frequency and charges

TRE CRM SMS alerts are recurring operational messages. Message frequency varies based on assigned lead activity, urgent lead events, after-hours digest settings, and each user's notification preferences.

Message and data rates may apply. Texas Relocation Experts does not charge users for this SMS alert program, but mobile carriers may charge according to the user's wireless plan.

6. Opt-out and help

• Reply HELP for help information.
• Reply STOP to opt out of TRE CRM SMS alerts.
• Reply START to resume alerts only after opting out from a previously verified TRE CRM SMS number, then verify or re-enable alerts in TRE CRM if prompted.
• Users can also disable SMS alerts inside TRE CRM under Profile Settings > Notifications > SMS Alerts.

7. Retention and security

We retain SMS preference, delivery, and compliance records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the TRE CRM alert program, comply with carrier and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain internal audit history.

We use administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect SMS data. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we limit SMS data use to the purposes described in this notice.
