SMS Terms

1. Program name and operator

The TRE CRM Alerts Pilot is operated by Texas Relocation Experts for authorized staff and agents who use the authenticated TRE CRM portal at tre-crm.com.

These SMS Terms supplement the Texas Relocation Experts Terms of Service at texasrelocationexperts.com/terms for this internal CRM alert program.

2. Eligibility

This SMS program is for authorized Texas Relocation Experts staff, agents, and internal CRM users. It is not a consumer marketing list and is not used to advertise apartments to public renters.

3. How users opt in

Authorized users opt in by completing the SMS Alerts flow inside TRE CRM:

1. Sign in to the authenticated TRE CRM portal at tre-crm.com.
2. Open Profile Settings > Notifications > SMS Alerts.
3. Enter a mobile phone number.
4. Check the SMS consent checkbox acknowledging recurring Texas Relocation Experts CRM alerts, message frequency, message and data rates, HELP/STOP instructions, START resume-only language, and links to these SMS Terms and the SMS Privacy Notice.
5. Request and confirm the SMS verification code.
6. Enable SMS Alerts and, if desired, New landing-page lead alerts, quiet hours, and after-hours digest settings.

4. Message types

Messages may include operational CRM notifications such as new assigned lead alerts, urgent lead activity, after-hours lead digests, and related staff workflow alerts. Messages may include secure TRE CRM links.

5. Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on assigned lead activity, urgent lead events, after-hours digest settings, and each user's notification preferences. Recurring messages may be sent while SMS alerts remain enabled.

Message and data rates may apply. Texas Relocation Experts does not charge for the SMS alert program, but the user's mobile carrier may charge according to the user's wireless plan.

6. Opt-out, resume, and help

• Reply HELP for help information.
• Reply STOP to opt out of TRE CRM SMS alerts.
• Reply START to resume SMS alerts only after opting out from a previously verified TRE CRM SMS number.
• Users can also manage SMS alert preferences inside TRE CRM under Profile Settings > Notifications > SMS Alerts.

7. Delivery and carrier availability

SMS delivery may depend on carrier availability, device settings, phone number accuracy, provider status, and compliance controls. Texas Relocation Experts does not guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered or delivered at a particular time.

TRE CRM SMS alerts are operational aids. Users should continue to rely on the CRM itself as the source of record for assigned leads and workflow state.

8. Privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are handled as described in the TRE CRM SMS Privacy Notice. Texas Relocation Experts does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Changes and termination

Texas Relocation Experts may update, pause, or terminate the TRE CRM SMS alert program at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date.
