Built for the agent's day

TRE CRM brings property listings, lead follow-ups, property showcases, team email, tour scheduling and move-in tracking into one company workspace. Access to client records is controlled by the user's assigned role.

TRE administrators provide staff accounts. Contact your administrator if you need access.

Your TRE schedule in Google Calendar

Google Calendar is an optional connection for each agent's own Google account. It does not connect anyone else's account or give TRE access to Gmail messages.

  1. Open TRE's calendar, choose Calendars, then Connect Google Calendar.
  2. Choose Recommended, Customize or Everything to select which TRE event types to sync. Recommended includes confirmed tours, meetings, scheduled calls and follow-ups.
  3. Approve Google's permissions, review the proposed changes in TRE, then select Start syncing.

Selected events are kept in a separate Google calendar named TRE CRM. TRE only edits its own copies. Private TRE entries are exported as Busy. Google notifications are off for those copies; your TRE reminder settings still apply.

Permissions match your choices

The default connection can create and manage the TRE CRM calendar and read calendar-list metadata to identify your connected account. It does not request permission to read events on your personal calendars.

Optional: show Google events in TRE is off by default. If you enable it, Google asks for additional read access. You then choose which calendars to display in TRE. Imported details are visible to you; other authorized calendar viewers see busy time. TRE does not edit the original events on those calendars.

You're in control

Review the counts before applying changes. Turning sync off pauses updates and keeps existing Google copies. Excluding an event type can remove TRE-created copies; the review shows those removals. Disconnect stops syncing and removes TRE's stored access tokens. Existing copies in Google remain yours to keep or delete.

Read how we handle Google Calendar data. You can also remove access in your Google Account connections.
