Texas Relocation Experts
TRE CRM Privacy Policy
How TRE CRM handles account, customer and connected calendar information.
Effective September 28, 2026
1. About this policy
Texas Relocation Experts operates TRE CRM at tre-crm.com for its authorized agents and managers. This policy covers the CRM and its optional Google Calendar integration. Our SMS Privacy Notice and SMS Terms describe staff text alerts in more detail.
Questions and requests: google-admin@tre-crm.com.
2. Information used by TRE CRM
We process staff account and profile information, access roles, notification preferences, customer information submitted through TRE forms or by authorized staff, property search preferences, showcases, communications, appointments and related activity. We also process technical and security records needed to operate and protect the service.
We use this information to provide the CRM, respond to customers, coordinate the team's work, deliver selected reminders, support users and maintain security. Access to customer records follows TRE's role and assignment permissions.
3. Google Calendar: access and use
Connecting Google is optional and applies to the signed-in user's Google account. TRE never asks for your Google password. Google issues access and refresh tokens after you consent.
Default: TRE events to Google
We access calendar-list metadata, including calendar identifiers, names and time zones, to identify your connected account and support calendar selection. We create a separate TRE CRM calendar and manage TRE-created event copies on it. We store the connected account email, calendar identifiers, selected sync settings, provider event identifiers and versions, sync status, and the data needed to keep those copies updated.
You choose event types and review changes before starting sync. Exported information may include titles, dates, times, location, a link back to TRE and the client or property name included in an event title. Private TRE entries use the title Busy. Copies go to your Google account and are subject to that calendar's Google sharing settings. The default connection does not request read access to events on your existing personal calendars.
Optional: Google events in TRE
This option is off by default and requires additional consent. If enabled, TRE reads events and availability from the calendars you select, including event identifiers, titles, start and end times, locations, time zones, all-day status, busy status, privacy flags and update versions. TRE stores a normalized copy to display your schedule, check conflicts and synchronize changes. The import window covers the past 90 days and approximately the next year; cached records can remain after they leave that window.
Only the connected user sees imported event details in TRE. Other authorized viewers of that user's calendar receive busy blocks rather than personal event details. TRE does not modify original events on those selected Google calendars. Neither connection option reads Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contacts.
4. Google data protections and sharing
TRE CRM follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide and support the calendar features you choose.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not transfer it to data brokers or credit-reporting services. We do not allow human access to Google data except with your affirmative agreement for support, as necessary for security or legal compliance, or for internal operations using aggregated, anonymized data as permitted by Google's policy.
Service providers such as our hosting and database providers process data on TRE's behalf to operate the integration. Calendar API requests are sent to Google. Access tokens are encrypted before storage, kept on the server and excluded from browser responses. Access to CRM records is controlled by authentication and authorization. No system can guarantee absolute security.
5. Retention, disconnecting and deletion
In TRE's calendar, open Calendars, choose Manage sync and then Disconnect. This stops future syncing and deletes TRE's stored access tokens. TRE also attempts to revoke Google's grant; you can independently remove TRE CRM in Google Account connections. Revoking access does not delete your original Google events or existing TRE CRM copies in Google.
Disconnecting does not automatically erase cached calendar metadata, imported event records, sync mappings or operational history from TRE's database. These records are retained to support account history, reconnection, security and troubleshooting until removed under TRE's retention and deletion process. They are not actively synced after disconnection.
To request deletion of connected Google account data or other CRM personal information, email google-admin@tre-crm.com from your TRE account email and identify the connected Google account. Do not send passwords or tokens. We verify the request, remove the applicable data from active systems, and explain any limited retention needed for security or legal obligations. Residual backup copies remain protected until the applicable backup retention cycle ends.
TRE-created customer records and appointments are separate CRM records and are not deleted merely by disconnecting Google. You can manage Google copies directly in Google Calendar.
6. Other disclosures and policy changes
We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and systems, consistent with applicable Google API restrictions. We retain non-Google CRM information as needed for the service, company operations, security and legal obligations.
We publish updates to this policy here with a revised effective date. Material changes to how connected Google data is used require appropriate notice and consent. For help, contact google-admin@tre-crm.com.
